After hour vehicle pick up and After hour vehicle drop off options are available at this location for an extra charge of $45 and $35 respectively. When dropping after hours the customer is responsible for the vehicle until the vehicle is checked in the next business day.

Maxx Car Rental is committed to providing our customers a clean and tidy vehicle at the time of rental and expects the same gesture from the customer. The vehicles returned soiled, and unclean beyond a reasonable limit will be charged up to 150$.

Pet policies vary by location. For locations allowing pets, additional cleaning charges will be incurred for excess dirt, stains, and pet hair.

Please be advised If you use toll route or if you are being involved in infraction of any traffic law during the rental period and we receive any toll route bill / notice of impending conviction of the infraction after the rental period, a minimum of $35.00 will apply as an administration fee, in addition to the accumulated cost of applicable toll charges and/or the set fine amount of the ticket. Your credit card will be charged by MAXX CAR RENTAL within 5 working days from the date we receive any such charges, and you will be informed accordingly in due course of time, if need be.

Any valid North American and International licenses are accepted. All non residents of Canada must carry a valid passport. Drivers licences with restrictions must check with their local province/state laws. You cannot rent a car on Ontario G2 Licence

Maxx Car Rental is committed to providing a safe, clean fleet for our customers and employees. In order to better deliver on this commitment, all Maxx vehicles are non-smoking vehicles. A $175 cleaning fee may be assessed for vehicles returned with evidence of smoking.

Unlimited KM special packages are available, but minimum 3 days rental is required to get these packages. Unlimited mileage package does not apply to all of our vehicles Additional 500 km or 1000 km packages are also available for some vehicles. These packages however cannot be added once the vehicle has been rented out. Any Extra Km driven over the allowed limit will be charged at cents/km as mentioned in the Rental Agreement

THERE IS NO CANCELLATION OR CHANGES ON CONFIRMED RESERVATION FOR 8, 10 & 12 PASSENGER VEHICLES. All cancellations on these vehicle reservations are subject to full rental charge. In some cases, the company may at its discretion give some discount on the charges. No-shows are subject to full rental charges as per the reservation.

Collision/Liability Damage Waiver Your Personal vehicle Insurance/Credit card Insurance may have rental vehicle coverage. A copy of the policy will be required if declining our CDW/LDW. If renter is unable to provide such proof, the purchase of one of our collision damage Insurance would be required. If CDW/LDW is declined, you personally assume full responsibility for the total cash value of the vehicle or any damages incurred while the vehicle is rented to you. Tire and Windshield Waiver ($0 Deductible) This coverage reduces your financial responsibility for any damages to either the tire or windshield of the vehicle.

We allow outside Province, conditions apply.

If in any case, the renter wants to do the key drop-off during After-hours, then the renter has to pre-pay the amount for the length of the rental, in addition to a certain pre-authorized amount that will be held as deposit for any extra charges that may arise after the rental is checked in.
