Toronto Airport and Vancouver Airport are off-site rental locations. Customers should follow the pickup instructions for the branch and call the local number for shuttle or pickup support. Vancouver Airport also lists airport pickup information and after-hours options.
A valid driver licence is required. North American and international licences may be accepted, and non-residents of Canada should carry a valid passport. Minimum age and surcharges can vary by location and vehicle type; 10 and 12 passenger vans may require drivers age 25 or older.
Additional drivers may be permitted at an additional daily charge, subject to location rules, vehicle class, age requirements, and approval at check-in.
Vehicles should be returned with a full fuel tank. Fuel surcharges may apply when the vehicle is returned with less fuel, based on current market pricing and counter policy.
